Shipping:
- Delivery within Poland is free.
Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days from the moment the order is placed. We offer several shipping options: InPost Postbox, Orlen Paczka, DPD Courier, or InPost Courier.
- For deliveries across Europe, the shipping cost is 5 EUR.
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the moment the order is placed. European shipments are handled by DHL Courier or InPost Postbox (if available).
Returns:
- You have the right to return any purchased item within 30 days of receiving the shipment, provided the product has not been used.
- To initiate a return, please contact us via email at returns@lici.art. You will receive further instructions regarding the return process.
- Once you have confirmation from our team, please send the product back in its original packaging, along with a proof of purchase (if available).
- Return shipping within Poland is free of charge.
- For returns from Europe, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
Warranty:
- We offer a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, such as cracks or irregularities caused during production. Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use (e.g., abrasions, scratches) is not covered by the warranty.
- If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us at returns@lici.art for further instructions on how to proceed with a warranty claim.
Please make sure to properly secure the package to avoid any damage during transit. Your refund will be issued promptly after the product’s condition has been verified.
