Shipping:

• Delivery within Poland is free. Orders are shipped within 24 hours. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 1 business day. Available shipping methods include InPost, DPD, DHL Parcel Lockers, DPD Courier, and InPost Courier.
• For deliveries across Europe, the shipping cost is calculated at cart.  Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days from the moment the order is placed. European shipments are handled by DHL or DPD Courier).

Returns:

• You have the right to return any purchased item within 14 days of receiving the shipment, provided the product has not been used.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via email at returns@lici.art. This is the fastest method, we will provide the code for InPost postbox and instructions regarding the return process. You can also fill automatic form below.
• Once you have confirmation from our team, please send the product back in its original packaging, along with a proof of purchase (if available).
• Return shipping within Poland is free of charge.
• For returns from Europe, the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Warranty:

• We offer a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
• This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, such as cracks or irregularities caused during production. Normal wear and tear resulting from daily use (e.g., abrasions, scratches) is not covered by the warranty.
• If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us at returns@lici.art for further instructions on how to proceed with a warranty claim.

Please make sure to properly secure the package to avoid any damage during transit. Your refund will be issued promptly after the product’s condition has been verified.
